While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible, thus allowing you to either make the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.

Unless the product(s) arrived faulty or otherwise damaged, you are responsible for paying for the cost of returning the goods to us. In the event that you wish to return a product please contact us either by telephone or email. All items returned must be unused, unworn, and sent with the original packaging.

We will endeavour to arrange an alternative delivery date with you, or if you choose to cancel the order, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.
